empox®GREEN is a water-soluble, two-component epoxy resin system that unites key advantages of other coating systems. Containing less than 4g/l of VOCs and no reactive thinners, empox®GREEN is easy on the environment. Plus, its hardener has less than 1% free amines. Under current international regulations, empox®GREEN needs not to be labeled as a hazardous substance, making it easier to handle and transport. empox®GREEN is especially easy to use: It comes complete with pre-matched quantities of its two components to ensure an optimum mix, can be applied with any standard tools, including spray guns, and has an extremely long pot life of around 8-9 hours. As long as it is still wet, empox®GREEN removes easily from skin or clothing just by using water. Under current international regulations, it is not classified as a hazardous substance, making handling and transportation easier. empox®PUR is especially easy to use: It comes complete with pre-matched quantities of its two components to ensure an optimum mix, can be applied with any standard tools, including spray guns, and has a pot life of around 2.5 hours at a temperature of 20°C. You can apply empox®PUR TopCoat to metal and plastic surfaces of all kinds. In addition, empox®PUR TopCoat can be used as a finish on all surfaces prepared with empox® epoxy resin primers. As long as it is still wet, empox®PUR removes easily from skin or clothing just by using water. Tools are also simple to clean and ready to reuse immediately. empox®PUR is not just great for large-scale jobs, it is also ideal for decorative or detailed painting and design work. empox®PUR TopCoat is available in standard system colors, including RAL K7 Fandeck, Industrial Global (more than 200 colors), and ColorCue (1,000 colors), plus a range of shades for special effects. |
